Victim († 61) of a rocket impact in Poland buried
A rocket attack in Poland claimed two lives on Tuesday evening. Boguslaw W. was buried on Saturday.

One of the victims was buried four days after the rocket hit in southeastern Poland. Boguslaw W.* († 61) was buried on Saturday in the village of Przewodow, which borders Ukraine. The funeral was attended by relatives, villagers, soldiers and representatives of Poland and Ukraine.
“This man would not have become a victim if this cruel war had not existed,” provincial governor Lech Sprawka (67) said during the funeral, according to Polish news agency PAP. The death of the 61-year-old man is “a call to peace for the whole world”.
A missile hit Przewodow near the Ukrainian border on Tuesday, killing two people. According to NATO and Poland, the impact was probably caused by a Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile fired to repel Russian missile attacks. The investigation into the incident is ongoing. The second victim of the rocket impact, Bogdan C.* († 60), is to be buried on Sunday. (AFP)
