The Swiss want to create 1,500 new jobs. In 2023, almost 1,000 flight attendants are to be recruited. Besides, they would too 80 pilots and they were looking for several hundred employees on site. Swiss parent Lufthansa even plans to create 20,000 new jobs. In more than 45 professions, “exciting and interesting tasks await future employees of the Lufthansa Group,” according to the company. In particular, people are still being sought in the product and service areas in Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Vienna and Brussels, as well as in the technology base in Hamburg and in the branches of the Eurowings group. It focuses mainly on technicians, IT specialists, lawyers, pilots and flight attendants. The Lufthansa Group also offers young people prospects in a wide range of apprenticeships and dual study programmes.
