“I have a full 100 million euros”
Robert Geiss is open about his fortune
Robert Geiss lives in luxury with his family. Now the reality TV star has revealed that she has already crossed the €100 million mark.
Robert and Carmen Geiss like to show off their luxurious life.
The Geissens are known for their luxurious life. They fly around the world, eat in expensive restaurants and whiz across the water on yachts. Your lifestyle is expensive, but Robert (58) and Carmen (57) Geiss don’t lack money. The businessman has now roughly disclosed his assets.
“I have a full 100 million euros,” reveals Robert Geiss in the podcast “OMR” by Philipp Westermeyer (43). “That’s the pension, that’s the basis for me to live peacefully in my 70s,” continues Geiss.
Robert and Carmen Geiss didn’t take off
Robert Geiss emphasizes that he and his wife have remained down-to-earth despite having millions in assets. Also thanks to where you live. “Monaco has the advantage that we don’t feel really rich. Because people walk here, your shoes fall off,” says the entrepreneur, adding: “When you enter the port, there are ships 100 or even 120 meters long. There are models that cost 500 million euros. That means you feel normal down there. And we just feel normal. We’re not aloof, even if we’re on a yacht.”
That’s how Robert Geiss became a millionaire
Robert Geiss, 56, made his millions through his Uncle Sam fashion brand. He founded the brand in 1986 with his brother Michael. Nine years later, he sold it for 140 million marks, which would be equivalent to roughly 72 million euros today. “It was like: Boom! Either way, you’ll have a good starting point for retirement,” says Geiss.
Thanks to investments in real estate and stocks, his wealth grew even further. He has also been on RTL2 since 2011 with his wife Carmen and two daughters Davina (19) and Shania (18). For the reality TV documentary “The Geissens – The Terribly Charming Family”, they let their lives be followed by the camera. The Geissens also make a nice living: They are involved in the production company behind the TV show. (bsn)
