The thirty-year-old man checked into several inns and left them without paying his debts.

When it was presented to him, he told the hotel staff that he was going to smoke for a while. A few minutes later, the staff discovered that the Swiss had disappeared without a trace.

Further police checks revealed that the man had a previous conviction for a similar offense in mainland Spain. In addition, he is wanted in Austria, as the news portal continues.

With this in mind, the investigation is now ongoing. For the investigators of the National Police, there are indications that the Swiss crook could also hit other hotels.
