Prince George is getting more and more into the public eye
If William did indeed abdicate, everything in the life of George, who celebrated his ninth birthday this year, would change sooner than expected. But how plausible is Morton’s theory? Many royal experts do not believe that William break royal protocol is happening
In the UK we have no honorable tradition of abdication,
constitutional expert Robert Hazell said in the spring. Even the Queen would do it “because of the terrible example of her uncle Edward VIII.” he never thought about retirement. Edward VIII relinquished the scepter in 1936 after only a few months as British king. he to be “Effectively forced to resign because he wanted to marry an American woman – Wallis Simpson – who was twice divorced and at the time it was unacceptable to society and the government.”.
William will definitely not abdicate the throne for love, but it is speculated that he will one day to abdicate prematurely could. This would also speak for the fact that the Prince of Wales and Princess Kate are giving their eldest son more and more tasks and he take more to meetings. George, like his sister Charlotte, even attended the Queen’s funeral, which surprised many. But whether William and Kate really have a plan behind it can only be speculated at this point.
