The first verdict in the trial
In March of this year, he punched Oliver Pocher in the face with full force and had his act filmed. The comedian was hurt and reported his attacker and obtained a temporary injunction ordering Sumrain to delete the offensive video against Pocher. The court ruled that it will remain in place and Fat Comedy will not be allowed to show it again for now. However, Sumrain’s lawyers want to go to the next instance.
It is unlikely that Günther Jauch now faces such consequences for his slap. (coat of arms)
