Shipping and Pickup
Our products are shipped from the UK. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product and are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery may be delayed if the package is held for customs inspection.

Shipping Cost: The shipping fee is €5.99, with free shipping available for orders over €20.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 5-11 business days.

Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns for defective products are accepted. Non-defective products must be returned unused, with original packaging, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
