Our products come with an extended warranty, and we will gladly return or replace items that are defective within this period. Proof of purchase, including order numbers and serial numbers, is required to process returns. For defective products, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Non-defective items can be returned for a refund with a 15% restocking fee, but original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable.
